⭐ Priority Recruitment

Build a program family. Lead the first cohort.

Pivot’s Champions Initiative is how we grow. Not a volunteer slot. Not a board seat. A founding champion role — you help design a program, recruit the pilot cohort, and launch it. We bring the platform, the AI agents, and the governance. You bring the domain expertise and the drive.

Why champion with Pivot

Most “give back” roles ask for your time. This one asks for your expertise — and gives you the leverage to actually move something.

🎯

Defined scope

Each champion role has a clear program family, a clear audience, and a clear launch plan. You’re not “helping the nonprofit.” You’re standing up one specific program.

🤝

We share the work

You own the program direction and community. We handle the tech, the intake platform, the CRM, the communications, and the compliance — so your hours go to the domain work only you can do.

🧭

Real governance

Pivot’s board, supervising AI (Phoenix), and specialist agents give you infrastructure most grassroots programs don’t have. Sound oversight, not chaos; you’re not alone out there.

🚀

Measurable impact

A champion’s tenure ships a real program with a real pilot cohort. You’ll see participants complete, testimonials roll in, and WIOA-grade outcomes tracked — all within your first year.

Open champion roles

Five founding roles. Pick the one where your experience can have the deepest impact.

The founding-champion model

Four stages. About twelve months. One program family stood up from scratch.

1

Apply to a specific role

Every champion role has a defined scope. You’re signing up to lead one program family — not “helping generally.”

2

Design with the team

First 30 days: you and Pivot shape the curriculum, cohort model, and launch criteria together. We share the work; you own the program.

3

Recruit the pilot cohort

Days 30–90: identify 10–15 first participants. Pivot’s AI-powered intake at enroll.pivotintl.org handles the systems side.

4

Launch, iterate, stay

Champions typically stay 12–24 months through the first cohort cycle. The role evolves as the program does.

The five program families

Each open champion role stands up one of these families. Click any family to see its full scope.

Who we’re looking for

This role isn’t right for everyone. Here’s who thrives in it.

  • Domain expertise: You’ve done the work — built a business, run a program, or been in the industry long enough to know what actually matters
  • Founder mindset: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and you prefer building to maintaining
  • Collaborative by default: You’d rather share ownership with a team (including AI agents) than be the solo hero
  • Mission alignment: You believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to anyone willing to do the work — and you’re willing to help open the door
  • 12-month runway: You can realistically commit the hours to stand up a program through its first cohort cycle

Not ready to champion? Still want in.

We’re also recruiting mentors, advisors, curriculum reviewers, and pilot-cohort participants. Different fit, same mission — and all of these matter.
